Caroline DeCola

Born and raised in St. Louis, Caroline brings in-depth knowledge of the area and local neighborhoods. Caroline is an MICDS alumnus and earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Mississippi in Business Administration, with a focus on marketing communications. In addition to being a Real Estate Agent, Caroline is also a Human Resource Generalist at Enterprise Fleet Management. With over 7 years of experience in the HR space, Caroline brings her love for people and ability to solve complex problems to help guide her clients through the entire process. Her excellent communication skills and proven work ethic make her a strong client advocate who provides the highest level of service. 

 

Caroline is a member of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® and the Society for Human Resource Management of Greater St. Louis. Caroline lives in Olivette with her husband Blake and their Cavapoo Wagner. Caroline and Blake enjoy volunteering at Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
